    Terms and conditions:

    Eligibility: The Lash and Brow Guarantee is applicable to clients who have received any service performed at Luxe Lash and Brow Co.

    Notification: If you are unsatisfied with your lash or brow service, please notify us within 3 days of your initial appointment. You can contact our salon directly on 0478757379 to express your concerns.

    Assessment: Upon receiving your complaint or concerns, we will schedule a fix-up appointment at the earliest available time slot within 4 days. During the appointment, our lash/brow technician will assess the issue and work towards addressing your concerns.

    Fix-up Service: The fix-up appointment will be provided free of charge and will focus on rectifying the specific areas that did not meet your expectations during the initial lash or brow service. This may involve the length, thickness, curl, or any other aspects of your lash extensions, given they align with your natural lash integrity and as agreed upon by you and the lash technician, or reshaping, adjusting the colour, or any other adjustments as agreed upon by you and the brow technician.

    Limitations: The Lash and Brow Guarantee does not cover changes in lash or brow preferences or styles that were not initially communicated during the consultation. It also does not apply if you have taken actions that compromise the longevity or integrity of the lash extensions or brows, such as excessive rubbing or improper maintenance given in aftercare advice.

    Extension Removal: If you decide that you no longer want the lash extensions and would like them to be completely removed, please let us know during the fix-up appointment We will remove the extensions safely and without causing damage to your natural lashes.

    No Refund policy: We kindly inform you that our Lash and Brow Guarantee does not include any refunds. While we are committed to addressing and resolving any concerns you may have with our lash or brow services, we do not offer monetary refunds for the services rendered.

    Satisfaction Commitment: Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our lash and brow services. If, after the fix-up appointment, you are still unsatisfied, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and consider offering alternative solutions or additional fix-up appointments to address your concerns.

    No Foreign Lash Infills: We regretfully inform you that we do not offer lash infill services for lash extensions that have been applied by another establishment or individual. This policy is in place to ensure the quality, hygiene, and adherence to our standardised application techniques.

    New Full Set Requirement: If you currently have lash extensions applied by another salon or lash artist and wish to continue maintaining your lashes at our salon, we kindly request that you schedule a new full set appointment instead of an infill. This allows us to ensure the optimal application and retention of your lash extensions.

    Consultation and Assessment: During the new full set appointment, our lash artist will assess your current lash extensions, discuss your preferences, and provide expert advice on achieving your desired look. This process allows us to create a customized lash application tailored specifically to your needs.

    Late Arrivals: We highly value punctuality to ensure that each client receives the full attention and time they deserve. If you are running late, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however time may not permit us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our team can provide you with the best quality work. This will be considered as a late cancellation, and the non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged.

    Cancellation Outside the 48-Hour Period: Cancellations made outside the 48-hour cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, a credit will be issued in the amount equivalent to the service(s) canceled, which can be applied towards a future appointment.

    Multiple Services: For clients who have booked multiple services in a single appointment, the non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to each service that is canceled or rescheduled within the 48-hour window.

    Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
